Packed one week. Empty the next.
Your rent, payroll and truck payments are the same every week. Your sales are not. Walk-ins and referrals are wonderful, but you cannot turn them up when the calendar has a hole in it.
Same team, same rent, same payroll. Half the month, half the sales.
What do your slow weeks cost in a year?
Your numbers, simple math. This is what empty weeks cost before you spend a dollar on ads.
Six leaks we see in almost every showroom.
Busy one week. Empty the next.
What it costs youRent, payroll and the truck payment do not take slow weeks off. Referrals and walk-ins are great, but you cannot turn them up when the calendar has a hole.
How we fix itAds you can turn up or down like a faucet. When a gap shows up three weeks out, we fill it.
You buy leads that four other companies also bought.
What it costs youLead sites sell one homeowner to several contractors. You race to call first, then race to the lowest price. You pay even when the number is wrong.
How we fix itAds in your name, on your own account. Every lead asked for you and only you get the number.
You get likes. You do not get phone numbers.
What it costs youBoosting a post buys attention, not customers. 1,200 hearts on a kitchen photo has never paid an invoice.
How we fix itCampaigns built to collect one thing: the name and number of someone who wants a quote.
Your leads are tire-kickers.
What it costs you"How much?" and then silence. Your designers spend hours on people who were never going to buy.
How we fix itA short form that asks about budget, timing and zip code. Browsers drop off. Buyers finish it.
Your agency reports clicks, not customers.
What it costs youImpressions, reach, engagement. None of those words appear on a bank statement. If you cannot tell what a lead costs, you are flying blind.
How we fix itOne weekly report with three numbers: what you spent, how many leads, what each one cost.
Good leads go cold before anyone calls.
What it costs youA homeowner who filled a form at 8 pm has talked to two other companies by lunch the next day.
How we fix itEvery lead hits your phone by text the second it comes in. Call in five minutes and you will reach most of them.
You are one of four companies calling the same person.
Think of it like a very smart flyer.
A flyer goes to every house. Our ads go only to homeowners in your zip codes who are likely to want what you sell. And instead of hoping they call, we collect their number.
What you put in
- $1,500–$3,000 a month in ads to start
- Our fee, from $1,250 a month
- Photos of your real projects
What we do
- Show your work to local homeowners
- Offer something worth a phone number
- Filter with budget and timing questions
- Text you each lead in seconds
What you get
- 20 to 60 leads a month at typical costs
- Budget, timing and zip on every one
- A few extra jobs a month if you call fast
Lead counts assume $40–$100 per lead, the range we see for high-ticket home projects. Your market may differ.
What could filling those weeks be worth?
This is math, not a promise. It uses your numbers and includes our $1,250 Starter fee. Your results depend on your market, your offer and how fast you call leads back.
Same client. Same month. Leads got 7× cheaper.
Cost per lead for a pergola company, June to July 2026. We changed one thing: we stopped sending people to a chat and gave them a short form instead.
Cost per lead, by setup
Source: the client's Meta ad account. $3,013 total spend, 61 leads. We share the client name and a screen share of the account on a call.
Every trade leaks in its own way.

Kitchen cabinets
Walk-ins are random. Some weeks five, some weeks none.

Closets
The big closet franchises outspend you on every channel.

Pergolas
Season is short. A slow April costs you the whole year.

Outdoor kitchens
Big-box stores win on price, so you have to win on being found first.

Questions people ask
I have never run ads. Is this going to be complicated?
Not for you. We set up the accounts with you on one call, build everything, and you approve it. After that your only job is to call leads back.
How much money do I need to start?
Plan for $1,500 to $3,000 a month in ads plus our fee from $1,250. If your average job is $20,000 or more, one sale usually covers several months.
How do I know the leads are good?
Every form asks about budget, timing and zip code. You see the answers before you call. And we track which leads turned into jobs, so we can buy more of those.
What if it does not work?
Then you stop. No long contract. We review the numbers with you every month, and we will tell you ourselves if we think a channel is not paying off.
Do you work with my competitors?
We take one client per trade per local market. If we work with you, we do not work with the showroom across town.
How many slow weeks did you have this year?
Tell us your market and your average job. We will send back what we would budget, what you can expect, and what it would take to fill the gaps.
